产品主要特点:

作为Raman频移部件,可以高效率地将Nd:YAG激光器1.318-1.338μm的输出转化为1.535-1.556μm的光束,输出光光场均匀性优于泵浦光,峰宽变窄。1.535-1.556μm波长是空气窗口,且对人眼安全,非常适合测距仪等Lidar的要求,同时也是光纤光学通信以及空间自由通信的优良功能材料。

目前我们已长出了60×65×70mm的优质大晶体。

可以提供10×10×50mm的光学器件。

Main features:

 It can convert Nd:YAG Laser 1.318-1.338μm to 1.535-1.556μm with a high efficiency as Raman frequency shift part. The laser light field is better than pumping light with narrow peak width. The wavelength at 1.535-1.556μm is safe to human eyes and can satisfied with Lidar like Range Finder. It’s also a good faction material in Optical fiber communication and Free space communication.
