High purity argon gas is filled into the chamber under the microvacuum condition, and the molten metal is poured into the high speed spinning ring cradle, while the ring cradle is rotating at a centrifugal casting speed & throwing the molten metal into the mold to quickly cool into a thin plate.

The densification of the castings is applicable to the research and experiment of bulk amorphous materials.
